Ashia Johnson

Founder and Executive Director
Originally from Southwest Louisiana, Ashia Johnson is a proud Houstonian and investing in her community is her passion! She is a mother, healthcare professional, business investor, supporter, and advocate for various causes. Ashia provides 19 years of healthcare experience, and is currently working for a national healthcare system. She participates in a number of colleague networks affiliated with her employer, and serves in a number of leadership roles.
Ashia’s love for the community helps her stay active and committed to various volunteer roles with local organizations. She is a member of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) and a participating member of both of her alumni chapters. Ashia’s networking skills fostered relationships through her volunteering efforts with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, West Orem YMCA, as well as several community Chamber of Commerce affiliations. Most recently, Ashia is serving as mentor to TSU and Prairie View A&M students through a Healthcare Administration Mentorship program and continues to work with other non-profits to collaborate female empowerment.
In her spare time, Ashia enjoys spending time with family and loves to travel. Throughout her many years of service, Ashia is recognized for her philanthropy and volunteering. Ashia credits her family and upbringing for instilling the power of the female influence to our culture and society.

Eliana N. Keshari

Board Secretary
A proud Iranian American, Eliana moved to the US as an immigrant with her parents in the 80s. Eliana’s passion for her culture, family and friends is the driving force to her success professionally and personally. She radiates positivity and determination with an easy going, free spirited southern charm.

Four things always remain true to Eliana 1. Her positive “can do” approach, 2. Her contagious sense of humor 3. Her faith and spiritual focus on making the world a better place and 4. Her selfless love for helping and investing in others.
Her current role as the President of the Give Back Crew organization in Houston has allowed her to connect with several Houston organizations (such as Kids Meals, Bread of Life, Santa Maria, Star of Hope, March of Dimes, American Heart Association, Nerdy Girls Success and Children’s Assessment Center). These connections has paved the way for the women in the group to give back to the community on a monthly basis raising awareness to the needs of the city.
An incredible listener and motivating coach, she is continuously present, patient and honest. A true advocate for nourishing the mind, body and soul, through her personal life experiences, Eliana encourages women to put themselves first and find the most important thing of all: Self Love.
Stacy Babineaux Daigle

Stacy Babineaux Daigle

Board Treasurer
Stacy Babineaux Daigle is a published author, consultant, and wine enthusiast.
For nearly 25 years Stacy has worked along side local and state elected officials, entrepreneurs and leaders in various communities building and bridging the gaps were others can potentially find ways to keep growing.

She believes that positive efforts and community engagements is the essence of cultural participation.

Brooklyn DeVille

Community Outreach Coordinator
Brooklyn DeVille is a native of Lafayette, La. with Houston roots. She attended Sam Houston State University majoring in Business Administration. Her current profession, working as a Coordinator, Business Development, allows her to interact, problem solve, and provide active listening to her client needs. Her professional role translates to her instinctive skills to hear the needs of our community and align with our non-profit partners.
In her spare time, Brooklyn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys indulging in nature by walking nature trails, star gazing, journaling in the park, and sightseeing beautiful landscapes and gardens (she loves butterflies).

Amber Manyose

Marketing, Content Manager
Amber was born and raised in Houston, Texas and loves the diversity and opportunities that Houston has to offer.
She holds a B.B.A in Marketing with a minor in Economics from Our Lady of the Lake University, is a sister of Theta Nu Xi Multicultural Sorority Inc., and is currently a member of the Latina Leadership Institute - Cohort 8.
She enjoys content creation and creating social media presence for her clientele. With goals of gaining more visibility and engagement, she is eager to educate and interact with others to create an informed and involved community.

Taylor Redd

Marketing, Web and Graphic Design
Taylor Redd is a website designer, developer, and software engineer specializing in the Appian Business Process Management (BPM) engine. She has a B.S. in Digital Media with an emphasis in Gaming and Simulation and is currently pursuing a career in software development.
She considers herself an avid learner which has contributed to becoming a cross-trained generalist with a history in business processes from work as an administrative assistant, Billing Clerk, and IT Support Consultant for a reputable Houston-Based accounting firm.
Passionate about professional development and creativity, she created a web design and development contracting business where she has worked with Houston-Local Businesses and organizations to strategically develop their digital footprint.
