Rashada Torrence, former CPS Specialist and Adoption Home Developer founded H.O.P.E. for Sunny Skies (Helping with Obstacles Parents Endure). H.O.P.E.’s goal is to provide intensive hands-on parenting classes, parent-child visitation monitoring, as well as interactive parent monitoring.
Oftentimes, parents do not receive information about parenting programs designed to help their family structure remain stable because of lack of resources in the community.
